As any dog owner will tell you, dogs can be very complex animals and can have very individual personalities. This can manifest itself as bad behavior at times but there is no reason why good behavior training cannot put your dog onto the right path to being the perfect pooch.

Before considering training your dog to improve its behavior, it is important to look into the background of what makes your dog…… a dog.

Betta fish are known for their colorful displays and aggression towards other members of their species. This is especially true of the males. These fish zealously protect their territory and nests. Because of this males must be separated from one another at all times. Even seeing other males through glass can stress the fish out and cause it to injure itself against the tank wall.

Females can be successfully kept in social groups, however, provided that the fish have enough space to roam in the tank. A single fish will generally establish itself as the leader of the social group and dominate the others, but females do not usually fight among themselves.

Everyone is excited about the arrival of the new kitten to the home, except your kitten! This will be a stressful time for the new arrival, which can go smoothly if you provide the right amount of space, care and items. After you made sure to have the vet check over your kittens its time to bring it home.

Some planning and items are needed before bringing the new kitten into the home, the basic items are food bowls with preferably the same cat food, which the kitten is accustomed to. If you are planning on changing the cat food, do this gradually. Mixing in more of the new brand daily, until you converted the cat to the new brand.

Most individuals or families view their pets as a member of the family as well. Domesticated dogs of every breed are fast following in the footsteps of their masters. We have a wonderful gentle natured dog that I adopted about 8 years ago. Unfortunately she was a bit neglected and was very timid when I brought her home.
